1. If your product is being shipped, we are not responsible for any lost or delayed packages. We will not resend, you’ll have to order again.
2. We do our best to package breakable goods so prevent them being damaged in the shipping process, unfortunately accidents happen.
3. We love to see you happy! Customer satisfaction is our number one task. When you make an order, we stay in contact with you (if you leave your e-mail address), and send you a picture of your product before we ship/deliver it!
4. Products are made to order!! If you need your item by a certain date make sure you order it on time, or pay a $5 rush fee (per product being rushed) on top of the price.
